Didgeridoo Workshop
Introduction workshop didgeridoo for kids
The following topics are covered in this workshop:
Get to know the instrument, learn to play and control the basic drone, use voice, overtones and get the basic explanation of Circular Breathing.
Duration can vary from 1 to 4 hours

In this "introduction" workshop didgeridoo we'll in an interactive way with the basic knowledge of the origin of the instrument.
Through pictures and stories they get to know in a fun way what a "didgeridoo" is.
There is also a opportunity for the kids to learn to play didgeridoo themselves.
While playing through animal sounds and fun basic rhythms, they learn more and more about the didgeridoo and her story during the workshop.
This workshop will take 1 to 1.5 hours.

As many of you know, Daphyd has been playing Sliding Didgeridoo in his band OMNIA for years.
Daphyd has also had many “side projects” with his slide-didgeridoo skills. Check out "ThunderCrow" for example.
He has performed as a guest artist with South African rapper "Jack Parow" on Lowlands and Pukkelpop.
Daphyd has also collaborated musically with bands like, Dikanda (Poland) and the Dutch bands Shireen and Sunfire.
